Please be aware that due to the unique nature of each product, colors, shapes and bead sizes may vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.
Please treat your jewelry gently, as some materials can be extremely fragile. Although every effort has been made to ensure the strongest materials were used, it is essential to treat your jewelry with special care.
- To avoid reactions from the materials, put on the pieces after you have sprayed your perfume and / or put on make-up.
- Do not drop your jewelry on hard surfaces or expose it to water.
- Keep away from any harsh chemicals and cleaners.
- Store your jewelry with care, place each piece in a separate soft cloth and close it loosely so that it will receive exposure to humidity. Pearls contain trace amounts of water so storing them in an airtight environment can cause them to become brittle and damage the luster.
- Do not leave jewelry where it can be easily accessible to small children or animals.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping To return your product, mail to: 9831 NW 58th St UNIT 137, Doral, FL 33178. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Packaging
Xexi Luxury Line is dedicated to ensuring safe packaging for every order. Please note that the packaging design can vary depending on availability. Xexi Luxury Line packaging is complementary, and not included in the total order amount. Therefore, each order will be packed using the materials available at the time of fulfillment.
